Ah, a classic. Big fat sausages buried in light fluffy Yorkshires! And not as hard as you think!
I'm guessing the last time you had this it was swimmimg in gravy surrounded by veg and potatoes and served up by your mum on a sunday while your dad watches the footie in the background!
Homesick? well whip this up, get your flatmates to swear randomly at the T.V and you'l be home in no time!
* Mix the batter together and leave to settle while you prep the rest.
* Put about 1cm of oil in the baking tin and place in the oven at its hottest setting
* Once the oil is very hot (and don't touch it to see how hot it is!) add your sausages.
* Once the Sausages have goldened take the tray out of the oven and add your batter **Caution** It WILL spit so watch out!
* Quickly put the tray back in the oven and allow to raise and Golden for about 20 mins. If you can help it don't open the oven until the Yorkshires have risen as they can be a bit tempramental and you may end up with pancake looking Yorkshires!
