- Brown the sausages over a medium heat in a large saucepan until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan.
- Fry the onions in a little extra oil until soft and beginning to brown at the edges.
- Throw the rest of the ingredients in the pan, including the sausages.
- Bring to the boil.
- then lower the heat and simmer until the sauce is nice and thick.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.

1 Onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 Carrot, chopped into large matchsticks
Green Beans – a handful
1 Tin Baked Beans
½ Pint Beef Stock
