If by some miracle you're up long enough to cook before lectures or you wake up hang-over free, these make a fantasic breakfast. Otherwise these make the ultimate comfort food coated in syrup and cream!
* Mix the Flour, Milk and Egg yolks and beat untill you have a light airy batter.
* Whisk the Egg whites until they form stiff peaks and fold in to the batter
* Heat a decent sized pan with a drop of oil or butter, add some batter and fry until stiff.
* loosen the pancake with a spatula and FLIP away!
* Cook the otherside until light golden brown
* Cover in your favoright topping and enjoy!
