Halls of Residence: Blakewater, Brennand, Brock, Brun, Derwent Hall, Douglas Hall, Ribble Hall, Eden Hall, Whitendale Hall. These are all situated around the Victoria Street part of the city. This gives them all a great location for going to university and for going into town. Each residence on campus has a University appointed Warden. Halls Officers are responsible for welfare, maintenance and discipline within University owned student accommodation in Preston. Wardens operate a 24-hour on-call system and may be contacted via the University Security Lodge. All student rooms have Networklite, which allows student to access the Internet via the university network. There is also, Roeburn Hall; this is an en suite hall of residence.
The University also owns a number of terraced houses situated one mile away. There is a service run by the university to help students in finding student accommodation with the private sector. The Student Accommodation Service is located in Marsh Building on Marsh Lane.
