The most popular areas for student housing in Egham are Englefield Green and Virginia Water. These areas are made up of privately owned accommodation and so are set off campus. Also, a bit further out, many second and third year students opt to live in Staines.

Prices in Egham and its surrounding arrears are cheaper than those in London and often cheaper than those in other parts of south east England.

Student bus services run quite late, giving students living off campus a chance to get home safely and cheaply after night time functions. Also, a bus service runs daily with drop off/pick up points at the college campus and at Egham train station.
