Cambridge Student Accommodation Guide
Cambridge is one of the most famous University cities in the world. The town centre is dominated by the University's historic buildings, with the river Cam running through the town. Although quieter than many of the other University cities, there is a still a lively atmosphere.
Popular Student Areas
Dependant on which college you are attending you may either move into University owned halls of residence or privately owned student houses, flats and apartments. One point to note is that due to the cities prestige Cambridge accommodation comes with a price tag and can unfortunately boast having the 3rd highest averge weekly rent for students in the UK - on average 75 pounds per week!

Cambridge has plenty of nightlife to cater for every students tastes. There are hundreds of pubs, cafes and restaurants a few nightclubs, cinemas and some live music venues including the Cambridge Corn Exchange.
Due to the Universities dominance in the city many of the cultural activities are associated with the university, but are usually open to anyone.
