We have two rooms becoming available at our student house in Helena Road. One of them is available now – the other from September.
The house is a two storey terraced property with a side entrance. There is a large grassy maintained garden with a shed for cycles etc.
A large bathroom with bath and shower.
Fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and gas cooker.
A communal dining/sitting room.
Room 1:
Large 1st floor room with fitted wardrobe and shelving units. £60.00 per week
Room 2:
Medium sized room on ground floor with wardrobe and shelving. £55.00 per week.
All household bills are shared between occupants.
Gas and electric safety certificates will be provided (you are still holding the most recent) Please let me know if there is any further information you would like.
