We are a friendly Indian Couple who are looking to share our 3-bedroom property with a professional / student. The room we are offering is a large double room (with a single bed) which will suit a single person.

The room has laminate furnished flooring, a large computer table with lots of shelves to keep all your books / magazines / DVD's, etc. There is a Large wardrobe as well as an additional small shelve (covered) to store your stuff in. The bed has to large drawers below. Thus there is loads of space to store your things in.

There is also an arm chair for you to stretch your legs and look out into our beautiful garden (100+ feet long).

You also have a extra large kitchen dinner (25 sq metre big) with all the latest facilities. A huge auto defrost fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer-dryer, etc. The is also a lots of storage cupboards. Normally such properties go in for over £500 pm, however as we are more interested in a decent person, we are looking to rent it out for about £450.

The rent is inclusive of Wi Fii Internet service and all Bills.

We are looking for a clean and decent person (family oriented) ideally a professional female or a female student to share with. No pork or beef eater's.

The property also has very good access to public transport and the Metropolitain Line, Piccadilly Line and the Central Line's of the London Underground are within easy reach. There is a good bus service and a few shops with walking distance which are open till 11pm.

The house is in a very safe locality and need to be viewed to be enjoyed.

We had just last year completely renovated the house and most of the furnishings brand new.
