Hi,
We are the current tenants of the house, and up until recently were planning to live here again from July. Due to personal issues, we can no longer take the house, but we are advertising it on Unipol as a gesture to our poor landlady!
The Landlady
We have a great and trusting relationship with our landlady who is both easy-going and understanding, and is very efficient at fixing problems that agencies often take a long time to do.
The House
The house is spacious with a lot of character, high ceilings and ornamental fireplaces. There are 6 double bedrooms, 1 shower/WC and 1 bath/shower/WC. All but one of the rooms have laminate flooring, and we are situated across the road from a minimarket. The lounge has a 3 piece leather suite, and there is a large unused basement. The house has a tumble drier as well as a washing machine, and plenty of fridge-freezer space.
The Deal
The landlady will let individually - this means that she will take groups or individuals with no obligation to find other housemates.
The rent is £55 per week, which includes water rates, with 4 WEEKS FREE RENT.
Internet is installed and ready to go (House comes with modem and wireless router, for those who know how to use it!).
We are 15 mins from the Parkinson Building, 5 mins from Post Office and bus stop going to Merrion Centre, and 5 mins from Hyde Park pub in the other direction.
