About the house:
Three rooms are available in a six bedroom house from 1st July, at £51 pppw (water rates included). One room is very large, one is large and the other is medium/small. All have double beds. The house is spacious, with laminate flooring in most rooms, and a three piece leather suite in the living room. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower. The house is in Woodhouse, 15 min walk away from the uni and very close to a corner shop. Another bonus is that we have a really good relationship with our landlady, who’s pretty laid-back, and reliable when it comes to getting things done around the house.
About us:
We’re two girls and a guy, all in our twenties. We’re all students at Leeds Uni, studying Languages, Philosophy and Biology. We take our studies seriously and like to get early nights during the week, but at the weekends, we put down the pipe and slippers and go out! Our musical tastes are varied, from rock and reggae to cheese, and loads more. We’re tidy but easy-going, and we’re looking for friendly people to share our house.
