We are four friendly young professionals looking to find one more tenant. The room available is situated on the first floor, it's fully furnished with wooden floors, mahogany hand made bed and matching wardrobe, drawers and side table.
The house is extremely spacious and has recently been refurbished. There is a large kitchen which houses a dishwasher, gas cooking appliances, washer/tumble dryer and a large fridge freezer.
The rest of the house consists of a large dining room, a spacious living room on the ground floor. A basement room which leads onto the patio and houses a table football table.
There are three bathrooms, two showers and one bath and a study.
The house has lots of character and is set right next to Roundhay park, we are close to many trendy bars and restaurants and about five minutes drive from Chapel Allerton.
